We'll decline to install, on conservation grounds: smooth bright tarmac in front of pre-1900 buildings; glossy pattern-imprinted concrete on listed frontages; modern "random stone" porcelain on Georgian/Victorian homes. We'd rather not take the job than produce a result that looks wrong.
