All written quotes are fixed-price for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices include all labour, materials, waste removal and VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the site conditions at the time of survey; significant unforeseen ground conditions (e.g. buried obstructions) may require a quote variation, agreed in writing before proceeding.
No deposit is required. Payment schedule: 50% on the day materials arrive on site, 50% on completion and your signed sign-off. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and most major debit/credit cards.
You may cancel at any time up to 14 days before the agreed start date at no cost. Cancellation within 14 days may incur a materials-restocking charge at cost. Cancellation once work has commenced is charged pro-rata plus materials.
We provide a 15-year written workmanship guarantee on all new driveway, patio and pathway installations. The guarantee covers: structural failure, sinkage, edge failure, drainage failure, surface failure attributable to our workmanship. The guarantee excludes: damage caused by third parties, accidents, misuse, ground movement unrelated to our works, or Acts of God. Repair work carries a 5-year guarantee.
Materials are supplied to the specification in your written quote. Substitutions may be made where a product is unavailable — only with equivalent or better alternatives, and only with your prior written agreement.
You agree to provide safe access to the site, access to mains water and electricity where reasonable, and to inform us of any buried services (gas, water, electricity) you are aware of. We will exercise reasonable care but cannot accept liability for damage to undisclosed buried services.
We carry £5 million public liability and £10 million employer liability insurance. Copies of current certificates available on request.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
